Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.

However, returns may be accepted if:

The product arrives damaged
The wrong item was received
The item is unopened and in its original condition

Requests for returns must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Refunds

Refunds may be approved in the following cases:

Damaged products during delivery
Incorrect items sent
Missing items from your order

To request a refund, please contact us with:

Your order number
Photos of the product/package
A brief description of the issue

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds or returns for:

Opened food products
Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order. After processing or shipment, cancellations may no longer be possible.
